This salmon and asparagus salad is kicked-up a notch with the addition of blistered tomatoes and feta cheese. It's elegant but simple, and leaves you feeling satisfyingly full. 

The short but oh-so-sweet spell of warm weather recently has prompted daydreams of summer lakeside picnics in Central. While it may not be quite hot enough yet (forecasted snow this Wednesday in Alexandra!) we can pretend it is by enjoying a spread of delicious products made in Central Otago. 

We have expanded our Princes St Butcher stock to include export-quality lamb sourced from the Catlins! This week we are featuring butterflied lamb leg, which is perfect for barbecuing in a Greek-style marinade. Come by and pick up the ingredients to have a delicious weekend dinner :)
